• Consulting Services department transitioned from the Sabre RFP to Lanyon system for hotel sourcing; the system offers additional savings for clients and ensures rates remain within the GDS.
• World Report, proprietary reporting tool, was upgraded to the 4.1 operating platform, providing a more intuitive and consumer-friendly navigation experience.
• Completed a new “visual guilt” upper management dashboard to support travel managers by gaining further policy compliance. The system creates peer competition at a high level.
• A chief information officer was appointed with heavy experience in client self-service technologies to ensure appropriate forward momentum within travel technology.
He has expanded SAP Business Objects developers to continually redesign and build new functionality for clients.
• Hired Maureen Brady as EVP of client and consulting services. She has worked and lived in several international locations.

This instills healthy competition among leadership, which helps the travel manager receive strong policy report.
• Will unveil a new website, and its mobile app will be enhanced by driving functionality through client portals, alleviating the need for two independent technologies.

This will enable one uniform reporting platform to be used throughout the world.
