CroisiEurope's upcoming newbuild, the Amalia Rodrigues, will sail six- and eight-day Douro River cruises when it debuts in spring 2019.

The vessel will be CroisiEurope's sixth on the Portugal river and a sister ship to the Miguel Torga, which debuted in 2017.

The line revealed itineraries for the 132-passenger Amalia Rodrigues, which will visit the cities of Lamego, Vila Real, Guimaraes and Vila Nova de Gaia. The eight-day cruises visit Salamanca, Spain. Attractions include the gardens of the Casa de Mateus, the tram museum in Porto, and wine cellars along the way.

Prices start at $1,833 per person and includes all meals and most drinks and a selection of excursions. Passengers that book a 2019 cruise by August 31 will save 10% per passenger by using the booking code EARBOOUS.
