Viking has taken delivery of its second Mekong ship, the Viking Tonle.

The ship will sail cruises that are part of the 15-day Magnificent Mekong itinerary. The 80-passenger Tonle is a sister ship to the Viking Saigon

The ship will have Viking's traditional Scandinavian design, and staterooms will feature floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with a veranda or French balcony.

Viking plans to add 25 river ships to its worldwide fleet by 2028, bringing the total to 112. It has plans to add 10 ocean ships by 2031, bringing the company's total to 23 ocean and expedition vessels.
