Europe river line Viva Cruises is introducing an onboard credits program for North American guests who book sailings for the 2023 and 2024 seasons.
The Viva Additions program will provide bonus credits that can be used by guests onboard for incremental charges throughout the duration of their cruise. Credits are calculated based on the duration of each guest's cruise, based on per person, double occupancy.
Solo travelers who book under the standard single supplement will receive 25% of the fare in Viva Additions onboard credits per person. On no single supplement special promotions, travelers will receive the standard credit amount.
Viva Additions credits appear on each guest's shipboard account and will be applicable to all onboard incremental charges such as gift shop purchases, a la carte bottle charges, laundry and spa services. The credits can also be used toward shore excursions.
Credits are not redeemable for cash payments and are not transferable to future cruise bookings.
Viva Additions credits are presented in euros to be consistent with the company's onboard currency.
