Aerolineas Argentinas joins SkyTeam

Aerolineas Argentinas has officially joined SkyTeam. Argentina's national carrier became the alliance's first South American member, adding 40 destinations to the SkyTeam network from its Buenos Aires hub.

Aerolineas Argentinas last year struck a codeshare deal with SkyTeam founder Delta Air Lines.
