Air Canada customers traveling from the U.S. now
can obtain electronic boarding passes at U.S. airports, allowing access to the TSA PreCheck program.
The carrier is the only foreign airline qualified
for PreCheck, which uses dedicated lanes and less intrusive search measures at
security checkpoints.
Electronic boarding passes are now or soon will
be available for the 52 U.S. airports served by Air Canada, which allows
customers to complete their web check-in and obtain boarding passes via email,
text message or smartphone.
