The Rosewood Bermuda has announced the opening of Mirador, a new waterfront bar developed in partnership with Patron Tequila.
Above Castle Harbour, the oceanfront venue combines handcrafted tequila cocktails and Mexican-inspired flavors, offering an exclusive gathering space for resort guests and members.
Named after the Spanish word for "lookout point," Mirador is designed to celebrate Bermuda's natural coastal beauty. At the center of the venue's beverage program is Rosewood Bermuda's exclusive Patron anejo barrel, curated through Patron's private barrel program.
The cocktail menu is led by bar supervisor Israel "Izzy" Bennett, who brings international training and competitive mixology experience to the property.
Signature offerings include the Rosewood tequila old fashioned, featuring the custom anejo; the peppery pomelo, made with Patron silver, pink grapefruit, fresh jalapeno and lime and the Patron margarita tree flight, which showcases four distinct margaritas. The beverage menu is rounded out by a curated selection of wines, beers and seasonal coastal cocktails.
Complementing the beverage program, executive chef Danny Khajekian has designed a menu that fuses traditional Mexican flavors with fresh seafood. Designed for sharing, the menu features coastal dishes such as a mixed seafood cocktail with wild Mexican shrimp, octopus and bay scallops; a tuna tostada with avocado and salsa macha and a barbacoa torta served on a traditional Mexican bolillo roll with Oaxacan cheese and refried beans.
