Enterprise Holdings and Sydney-based Redspot have reached a franchise agreement that will introduce the Enterprise, National and Alamo brands to the Australia and New Zealand markets.

Redspot and Enterprise said they will enact “an aggressive development plan.” The companies didn’t provide details on the number of franchises that would be opened.

Redspot has its own locations throughout Australia under the Redspot Sixt brand.

Enterprise, whose brands operate in more than 70 countries, is the largest U.S. car rental car company, accounting for almost half of the $26.1 billion U.S. market last year, according to trade publication Auto Rental News.
