HelmsBriscoe, a provider of site-selection and contracting services for meeting planners, has acquired Inn Fluent of Aushburn, Va.
Inn Fluent will operate under the HelmsBriscoe brand. Joel Pyser, Inn Fluent’s president and chief operating, will join HelmsBriscoe as a managing director based in Washington.
Scottsdale, Ariz.-based HelmsBriscoe says it has 9,000 corporate, association and government clients.
