Travel advisor platform TravelJoy has introduced a new AI feature, Magic Email, enabling users to forward supplier confirmation emails to the platform. Those emails are nearly instantly turned into editable, client-ready itineraries.
TravelJoy said the average supplier email can be turned into an itinerary or proposal content in less than 40 seconds once it's been forwarded to [email protected]. TravelJoy parses the emails for relevant information, gets the advisor's approval then converts the information.
What TravelJoy creates is fully editable by the travel advisor before it's shared with clients.
TravelJoy has released a series of AI-powered tools recently, including Magic Importer, which turns confirmation PDFs and screenshots into trip content. Itinerary Copilot helps advisors build itineraries with plain language prompts, or even prompts consisting of their raw notes and ideas.
Magic Email is available to all TravelJoy members with pro- and premium-level plans. AI features are not included with starter plans, TravelJoy's entry level designed for advisors who only require limited features.
"An advisor doing $1 million a year should be able to do $10 million with the same effort," TravelJoy cofounder and CEO Dayo Esho said in a release. "Not by working harder, but by eliminating busywork that technology should handle. That's the future we're building."
