The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs completed a redesign and expansion of its Broadmoor West building, which includes a new restaurant and rooms and suites, including what the hotel calls “its most luxurious suite to day.”
A three-story addition to Broadmoor West, which sits across Cheyenne Lake from the main Broadmoor building, adds 31 rooms and suites, bringing the hotel's total room count to 779. Renovations in other rooms add as much as 200 square feet.
The new Parker Suite has four bedrooms and views of Cheyenne Mountain, and all the rooms on the all-suite 7th floor include fireplaces, private terraces and expansive views.
The Broadmoor West lobby was completely redone, with cherry wood, stained-glass skylights, marble floors and detailed millwork. The new restaurant, from Adam D. Tihany, is called Ristorante del Lago.
