AMResorts on Sept. 1 opened the Dreams Sands Cancun Resort & Spa, the former Grand Oasis Viva.
The 438-room, all-inclusive beachfront resort is targeted at couples, families and intergenerational travelers.
Facilities include seven restaurants, four bars and lounges, 24-hour concierge service, the Explorers Club for kids and the Core Zone Teens Club, two pools, the Dreams Spas by Pevonia and a wedding gazebo.
AMResorts has nine resorts in Cancun under its Zoetry, Secrets, Dreams and Now brands.
