Graduate Hotels, a boutique hospitality company focused on university-anchored markets, introduced a short-term rental subsidiary, Graduate Homes.

Graduate Homes offers short-term rentals in university locations as well as concierge services, access to Graduate Hotels pools and fitness centers, and discounts at Graduate Hotels bars and restaurants.

Experiences are also available. Guests can opt for in-home yoga classes or mixology sessions.

"The short-term rental market has exploded in the last few years, and as a hotel brand that is rooted in university communities, we felt this was a natural next step for our brand," said Graduate Hotels president Kevin Osterhaus.

Graduate Homes properties have initially launched in Oxford, Miss., and Ann Arbor, Mich. Guests may book now for stays starting this fall.

Graduate has 30 hotels throughout the U.S. and U.K.
