Nuo Hotels, the luxury hotel partnership between Kempinski
and state-owned Beijing Tourism Group, has reflagged the 101-year-old Raffles
Beijing.
The 171-room Beijing Hotel Nuo features a grand colonnade
façade and offers guests views of the Forbidden City and part of Tiananmen
Square.
Key International Hotels Management Co. operates the hotel.
The property opened as the Beijing Hotel in 1915. It had
been a part of the Raffles chain since 2006.
The hotel is not to be confused with the Nuo Hotel Beijing.
That hotel was the Nuo brand's first when it opened last year.
