The former Pink Beach Club in Bermuda has been acquired by Sardis Developments, which plans to redevelop the 13-acre site in Tucker's Town into a boutique hotel.
Pink Beach Club was placed in receivership in June 2010 and closed at the end of August 2013.
The resort, which opened in 1947, had 94 guestrooms in a complex of cottages.
