Marriott International's W lifestyle brand will occupy adjacent
19th century buildings in Rome. The redeveloped property is slated to open in
2021.
The 159-room W Rome will be in the city's Via Veneto
district near the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti.
The buildings were originally residences and subsequently
served as a hotel, offices and government ministries.
