PORTLAND, Me. -- Destination Europe, the vacation packaging
division of Auto Europe, added a new service desk at its call
center dedicated to handling business class packages.
Staffed with two of the company's most experienced travel
planners, the desk is designed to function like a concierge desk to
process special requests and fit the components into
itineraries.
Desination Europe president Nigel Osborne said the initiative is
in response to an increased demand for business class packages.
According to Osborne, business class packages are those
including a stay at a five-star property paired with business class
air.
