Paul Wiseman is departing The Travel Corporation on July 28,
relinquishing his role as president of tour operators Trafalgar USA and Brendan
Vacations.
The Travel Corporation went in-house to replace Wiseman,
promoting Melissa da Silva, currently president of youth group travel specialist
Contiki Holidays USA. Da Silva assumes her new leadership role on June 5.
Wiseman will run his own training business focused on leadership
and development. The Travel Corporation said Wiseman "will work alongside
Trafalgar to deliver enhanced collaborative support for trade partners."

"I leave to pursue my passion for learning and
development and I look forward to working with Trafalgar and our retail
partners in the near future," said Wiseman, who spent 20 years of his
career with Trafalgar and Contiki.
Da Silva has led Contiki for the past four years. Her
successor will be announced soon, said The Travel Corporation.
"I am incredibly excited and proud to take on the role
of President for Trafalgar USA and Brendan Vacations, and will do my utmost to
rapidly extend the envied brand legacy that Paul has helped build," Da
Silva stated.
