The Aruba Tourism Authority has
updated the Aruba Certified Expert Program (ACE) for travel agents.
New
additions to the program, available at ArubaCertifiEdexpert.com or
TravelAgentAcademy.com,
include several videos and downloadable brochures. The program
educates agents about the island, covering sights, culture, cuisine, accommodations,
vacation packages and on-island transportation.
Agents who complete the course
will become Aruba Certified Experts, will be listed on the Agent Locater on
Aruba.com and get sales support from the Aruba sales team. The ACE course also
qualifies for CEU and CITC credits.
Agents who are already ACE-certified are not required to retake the course but are encouraged to register
for the program in order to have access to the new content.
