Direct Travel will host its first leisure conference

Leisure sales are going so well for corporate-focused Direct Travel that the agency is holding is first leisure conference next month.

The Centennial, Colo.-based agency, No. 12 on Travel Weekly's 2023 Power List, will host Direct Access: Gaining Altitude at the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile, Nov. 14 to 16.

Direct Travel expects 200 travel advisors, employees and independent contractors, and 80 supplier partners to attend the conference.

"We are thrilled that business continues to grow to unprecedented levels," said Stephen Smith, Direct Travel's senior vice president of leisure strategy and marketing.
