As part of its ongoing investment in recruiting independent contractors (ICs) for its franchisees, Dream Vacations has launched a matchmaker program.

The Dream Vacations Advisor program matches prospective ICs with a Dream Vacations franchise owner. The IC will pay the franchisee $39 per month.

First, the IC will speak to a member of the Dream Vacations team. Then, Dream Vacations will match the IC with a franchisee. If they want to proceed with the program, the monthly fee will give the IC access to training, a website and marketing tools.

The new program will not affect any existing IC relationships already in place, and franchisees can continue to recruit ICs on their own.

Dream Vacations parent World Travel Holdings decided late last year to retire its host agency brand, Cruises Inc. WTH's plan is to continue to support ICs, but within franchises Dream Vacations and CruiseOne.
