Ensemble has launched a new certification program, which offers specialist certifications across several areas with tiered benefits for advisors based on level of expertise.
Cruise certifications include the iconic, luxury, river and expedition categories. There are certifications for insurance and luxury travel, which focuses on client expectations. The celebrations certification covers destination weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries and milestone birthdays. Ensemble is also offering regional certifications in Europe, Africa, the Mediterranean and Southeast Asia.
Based on their expertise, advisors will have access to tiered benefits. Ensemble said they will be categorized as novice, expert and certified. Benefits include reduced rates and/or complimentary access to Ensemble's events, and priority hosting for the consortium's hosted cruises.
"By offering these specialized certifications, we are equipping our members with the tools they need to excel in today's competitive travel landscape and reinforcing our commitment to being a trusted partner in their professional development," said Kristina Boyce, Ensemble's senior vice president of operations.
