Internova Travel Group (No. 10 on Travel Weekly's Power List) has launched the AI Center of Excellence, a hub for AI research, development and deployment.

Areas of focus include agentic AI operations, generative AI for advisors, AI-powered matching of consumers and advisors on Internova brand websites, data-driven insights and responsible AI practices.

"Our AI Center of Excellence is not just about adopting new technology, it's about embedding innovation across Internova to ensure our advisors have the most advanced tools to succeed," said Casey Soto, head of the AI Center of Excellence.

Some Internova brands have dabbled in AI. Travel Leaders Network partnered with Travel Research Online and its TobyAI solution in 2023, followed by Altour's launch of Altour Intelligence in 2024. Global Travel Collection earlier this summer rolled out Atlas, an AI-powered platform.
