Concur, a provider of tools for corporate travel booking and expense management, has acquired two travel technology companies, TRX and GDSX, for an undisclosed price.
Concur said it will integrate TRX and GDSX products into its offerings.
TRX offers a data-analytics tool and a product that automates several functions in the transaction process, including quality control and ticketing.
GDSX offers similar automation for transaction-processing, a solution for pre-trip authorization and TripLink, a product that merges travel data from any source into a single record, so that trip information may be managed in one place regardless of where it originates.
Travel agencies and corporate travel departments use TRX and GDSX products.
