MILWAUKEE -- The Mark Travel Corp., which runs several of the
travel industry's best-known packaged vacation brands, set up an
e-mail service for travel agents to send requests and receive
assistance. The service, called eSupport, is designed to save
agents time.
"The eSupport service increases agency efficiency and is
virtually hassle-free," said Barbara Wanzo, vice president of
travel agency distribution for Mark Travel.
Responses to e-mails are guaranteed to be within 24 hours. The
service is designed for agents who have questions about their
production, commission levels and overrides, combined and multiple
commission agreement requests, agency change of address, new agency
applications, general sales assistance and other services.
