Patricia Affonso-Dass
The president-elect of the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism
Association (CHTA) is Patricia Affonso-Dass, general manager at Ocean Hotels in
Barbados.
Ocean Hotels is a family-owned, three-hotel group on the
south coast of Barbados.
Affonso-Dass has served as the president of the Barbados
Hotel and Tourism Association. Prior to that, she was head of the Guyana Hotel
and Tourism Association.
In summer 2018, she will take over CHTA's two-year presidency term from incumbent Karolin
Troubetzkoy, executive director of the Jade Mountain and Anse Chastanet resorts
in St. Lucia.
