Grace Bay Resorts, developer and operator of luxury resorts and residences in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, named Franck Chantoiseau as general manager of Rock House, which opened in May on the island's north shore.
Chantoiseau previously spent five years in managerial posts with Aman Resorts in China and Thailand and prior to that time was with the Altire Hotel Macau.
In Puerto Rico, Amadeo Zarzosa has been appointed senior vice president and general manager of two properties: the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Golf & Beach Resort and the Wyndham Palmas Beach and Golf Resort.
LionGrove, a hospitality and investment firm, is the new owner of the two Wyndham resorts as well as the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel.
Zarzosa's 25 years in the hospitality industry includes senior roles with IHG, St. Regis, Atlantis and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
