The six new four- and five-bedroom luxury oceanfront villas
at Gansevoort Turks & Caicos resort are available for bookings in June.
All villa stays have a four-night minimum-stay requirement.
Agents will receive a 15% commission on all bookings of four
or more nights for stays from June 1 to Oct. 31.
Introductory rates from June 1 to Dec. 19 represent savings
from 30% to 50%, based on length of stay. For example, the per-night rack rate
for a four-bedroom oceanfront unit from June 1 to Nov. 20 is $4,500, but the
reduced rate brings the price down to $3,150 per night, based on a four-night
or longer stay.
The six villas are tucked into a hillside, a short drive
from the 91-room Gansevoort resort. Each villa features an infinity pool,
sunken fire pit lounge areas and access to the sea.
Villa guests have access to the resort amenities, including
restaurants, the spa and water sports.
