A legal dispute with Hard Rock International has closed the Hard Rock Cafe near the cruise port in George Town, Grand Cayman.
The Hard Rock, which opened in 2000 attracts many cruise passengers, operated under a franchise agreement, according to Caycompass.com.
Franchise holder Kevin Doyle declined to say what the litigation was about.
"We were looking forward to the high season with Cayman heading into a bumper season for cruise arrivals," Doyle told the paper.
