Last winter, during Bermuda's offseason, the airline diversified its network to include service to Anguilla from Boston, Baltimore and Newark under the name AnguillAir.
The carrier now plans to further diversify during the next winter season.
Flights to Turks and Caicos will be offered between one and three times weekly from Newark; Boston; Baltimore; Raleigh-Durham, N.C.; Fort Lauderdale and St. Petersburg, Fla., with the first of those routes beginning Oct. 26 from Fort Lauderdale.
BermudAir service to Belize will originate from five destinations: Boston, Raleigh-Durham, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and St. Petersburg, with all the routes launching in December. Each of the routes will be operated either two or three times per week.
The carrier will fly to Guatemala City twice weekly as a one-stop service from Boston after a stopover in Belize.
BermudAir flies a fleet of four Embraer regional aircraft. It pays 4% commissions to travel advisors at the time of ticketing for economy bookings and 8% commissions for business class bookings.
The airline will be the only one flying to Belize from Boston, Raleigh-Durham, Fort Lauderdale and the Orlando and Tampa area, Cirium flight schedule data shows.
It will also be the lone carrier flying to Turks and Caicos from Raleigh-Durham, Fort Lauderdale and the Tampa area.
