Lambert Beach Resort on the northeast shore of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, which has been closed since Hurricane Irma, will reopen Nov. 1 as a Wyndham Hotels property.
Lambert will continue to manage the resort.
The rebuilding of the resort is nearing completion and, when open, will offer 38 guestrooms in eight villa-style buildings.
Each guestroom will include an outdoor verandah, WiFi, USB outlets, sliding windows and doors with mosquito screens and an espresso machine.
Resort facilities will include a restaurant and bar, a spa and fitness center, a clubhouse with a lounge and meeting space, tennis court and beach. A freshwater pool will be 170 feet long and 30 feet wide, and surrounded by a large sundeck with cabanas and lounge chairs.
The resort is 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the capital of Road Town.
