La Concha Resort, in the Condado district of San Juan, has opened an oceanfront spa.
The Elemara Spa & Salon will boast seven treatment rooms, two of which are outdoors; a salon offering hair styling, manicures and pedicures; and indoor and outdoor relaxation areas including a beachfront terrace.
Additionally, in early June, Elemara Spa & Salon will introduce treatments for guests who have been diagnosed with cancer, with therapists who have been certified in cancer care by Standards Authority for Touch in Cancer Care. La Concha says Elemara will be the first cancer-aware spa in Puerto Rico.
