The Four Season Resort Nevis opened its Kastawey Beach Bar in time for the winter season.

The newest guest amenity and the sixth dining venue at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis is the Kastawey Beach Bar, which serves a menu of dock-to-dish fare and a new collection of spritzes and cocktails.

Located in front of the adults' reflection pool, the bar is set on the sands of Pinney's Beach with teak tables and chairs surrounding a handcrafted Caribbean fishing boat. The bar will be open daily from 11:30 am to sunset.

Kastawey's offers a signature dish and drink, in addition to sushi, ceviche, wraps, salads and beverages.

The Kastawey Roll features spicy lobster, local fish, cucumber and masago, which is the roe of a fish called capelin, similar to salmon. The Kastawey Splash, meanwhile, is a mix of light, gold, dark and coconut rums with pineapple and tamarind juice.
