Ambassadors International said the process of divesting Majestic America Line has begun.
“Confidential information memorandums on Majestic America Line have already been sent to qualified, interested buyers,” said Joseph McCarthy, Ambassadors’ vice president of corporate development. “With the interest that has been expressed and our desire to complete the transaction in the immediate future, the sale process will be handled by the company."
Ambassadors said that interested parties should contact McCarthy directly to engage in the process.
