Andy Stuart, Norwegian Cruise Line's former CEO, told Signature Travel Network members to embrace the opportunities of the world's new normal rather than look for a return to the past.

Speaking to Signature advisors virtually, Stuart said that the "the rebirth of the travel industry is coming."

"This uncertainly may be frustrating now, but it presents a unique opportunity for travel advisors," he said, according to a transcript from Signature.

Stuart told advisors, "Don't jump back on the treadmill. Those who really look at what brings them joy will be the winners as the world reshapes itself."

Stuart stepped down from his position at Norwegian Cruise Line in 2019. He told Signature members that while he knows his timing was fortuitous, he often wished to join his colleagues in fighting for their survival over the past 20 months.
