Following a listening tour by new CEO Dondra Ritzenthaler, Azamara has launched a revamped reservation system called RezA.

The cruise line said the system has a more intuitive design and is aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing the user experience. Drawing from advisor feedback, the system can send payment links to clients and expedited commission payments via a pay-in-full option.

Azamara said other tools facilitate group bookings, automate payment reminders and allow for easy duplication of reservations for clients traveling together.

The portal also offers access to marketing content and assets to share with clients and relaunched Azamara World Academy training to help advisors understand the brand's selling points.

The portal is accessible at Connect.Azamara.com. The line will offer webinars and training sessions to familiarize advisors with the new system.
