FRESNO, Calif. -- The Travel Address/Galaxsea Cruises, one of the
largest agencies here with more than 25 full-time employees,
acquired Silver Cloud Travel/Galaxsea Cruises.
Silver Cloud Travel has one office in Rancho Palos, Calif., and
two offices in Georgia, located in Atlanta and Gainesville. Judi
Walti, former owner of Silver Cloud, will become director of
corporate sales.
The owners of the Travel Address/Galaxsea Cruises are Richard
Fernandez and Robert Bean, who founded the agency in 1986.
The agency is affiliated with Travelbyus.com, a publicly traded company based
in White Rock, British Columbia.
Travelbyus.com recently purchased the Galaxsea Cruises
consortium.
