Carnival Cruise Lines said it will survey registered users of its GoCCL agent portal to gain insight and feedback from the travel agent community.
A 63-question survey will include questions on general trade relations sentiment, specific elements of the line’s current pricing structure and preferred components for a potential brochure. Carnival said it intends to take the survey quarterly.
Carnival said the survey takes about 30 minutes to finish, and that agents will earn 1,000 points in its travel agent rewards program for completing it. The first survey is due Aug. 23.
The survey is another facet of the Carnival Conversations program launched in July to improve relations with agents. Since then, Carnival said it has addressed more than 450 questions on a dialog page at GoCCL.
