Celebrity Xcel, a ship debuting in November, will have Celebrity Cruises' first brunch offering, at a rooftop restaurant called Bora.
The alfresco, Mediterranean-inspired Bora will serve brunch in the daytime and feature a seafood-forward dinner menu at night.
Celebrity teased offerings on the brunch menu, including shakshuka (eggs poached in a spiced tomato sauce) with avocado and sourdough toast, croissant eggs Benedict with lemon-scented salmon gravlax and ricotta spread, and traditional favorites like French toast -- all with "photo-worthy presentations," Celebrity said.
There will also be a Bloody Mary bar and live music.

The dinner menu will include seared branzino with garlic aioli, fideos negros tostados with razor clams, carabinero prawns, and lamb tagine with saffron couscous. Chefs will prepare some dishes tableside.
The Celebrity Xcel will also have three new theatrical productions and 75 resident performers, the most performers of any Celebrity ship, the line said.
