ST. LOUIS -- Clipper Cruise Line said it signed an agreement to
acquire the 120-passenger Oceanic Odyssey from Spice Islands
Cruises of Bali, Indonesia. Under terms of the deal, Spice Islands
will continue to operate and market the vessel until Nov. 1, 1999.
