Ernesto Fara named CEO of Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection

Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection president Ernesto Fara is now also CEO of the luxury cruise line, succeeding Jim Murren.

Fara has been president since 2023 and joined the company in 2020 as CFO. He was previously CFO at Silversea Cruises.

Murren, who had been CEO since 2023, will remain with Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection as executive chairman.
