Come Holland America Line's 2026-27 winter season in the Caribbean, HAL plans to sail more voyages stretching nine days and longer, almost all with calls to Half Moon Cay, which will be fresh off a makeover.

The itineraries, released Monday, include seven- to 14-day western and eastern Caribbean voyages, including a 10-day journey exploring the Greater Antilles, Mexico and Belize.

HAL parent Carnival Corp. recently rebranded the destination to RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay. Carnival Corp. plans to build a pier and develop the north side of the island for Carnival Cruise Line guests while enhancing the south side of the island for Holland America Line guests.

When complete, the HAL side will have a new beach club, waiter service and exclusive food and beverage options.

Guests with access to the beach club will have private beach access, upgraded beach furniture and indoor and outdoor seating offering views of the moored ship. HAL guests will continue to access the private destination via tender boats.

For all HAL guests calling at RelaxAway, the company will upgrade the cabanas, villas and canopy loungers for two on the south side of the island. The company will also create new shopping venues, refresh its food court and Lobster Shack and offer new food trucks with island-only menu items.

The HAL side of the island will also have new pickleball courts and offer beverages delivered by Aperol Spritz tricycles and Bacardi Beach Buggies.

Some enhancements are expected to be complete by the summer of 2026, with work continuing through the end of the year.
