Lindblad Expeditions-National Geographic said it has chosen a name for its 100-passenger ship being built for delivery in June 2018.
The ship will be called the National Geographic Venture.
It joins the National Geographic Quest, a sister ship expected to be delivered in June 2017.
Both ships will include 22 cabins with step-out balconies, and six sets of connecting cabins for families and groups. They will be outfitted with a fleet of 24 sea kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment and Zodiacs,
The two ships are being produced by Nichols Brothers Boat Builders, north of Seattle.
