MSC Cruises named Ruben Rodriguez president of its North
America division, effective March 18.
Rodriguez will replace Roberto Fusaro, who left MSC Cruises
USA at the end of January for personal reasons, the line said.
Rodriguez spent eight years with Carnival Cruise Line as
executive vice president of ship operations from 2009 to 2015 and executive
vice president of marketing and guest experience between 2007 and 2009. He was CEO
of Great Wolf Resorts from 2015 to 2017. He spent the last two years as an
advisor and board member to various companies and private equity firms.
Rodriguez will work along with MSC Cruises USA chairman Rick
Sasso and COO Ken Muskat.
