Riviera Travel has enhanced its online support for travel advisors with the debut of a self-service support desk feature.

The tool is housed in Riviera Explorer, the brand's advisor learning platform. It provides advisors with a quick way to receive assistance with bookings, provide platform support and offer incentives, Riviera said.

Stuart Milan, president of North America for Riviera Travel, said the support desk strengthens the advisor experience. It will provide FAQs, platform guidance and training materials in one location.

Advisors can find support for river, yacht, ocean and solo cruising, and then additional topics related to bookings, campaigns and learning opportunities.
