Former United Airlines executive Linda Jojo has joined Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings' board of directors, growing the board to nine members.

NCLH president Harry Sommer called her appointment a "strategic move to enhance our board's expertise in technology and customer solutions."
Jojo was executive vice president and chief customer officer at United Airlines, focusing on customer operations, digital transformation and service innovation. She was previously United's chief digital officer and executive vice president for technology.
On NCLH's board, she will be on the technology, environmental, safety and security committee. She joined the board as an independent director.
Jojo also serves on the boards of Exelon Corp., the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and Hero Digital.
She holds degrees in computer science and industrial engineering and has also held leadership roles in the energy industry.
"Her extensive leadership experience will be invaluable as we continue to advance our digital innovation and growth strategies across our three award-winning brands," Sommer said.
