FORT LAUDERDALE -- Radisson Seven Seas Cruises launched an online
agent education program at www.rsscu.com, which aims to train agents as RSSC
Certified Cruise Consultants.
Among the topics covered in the training course: Information on
the RSSC fleet, the onboard experience and luxury sales
techniques.
On completion of the course, for which there is a $25 signup
fee, agents can take a certification examination; successful
completion of the course will earn each agent two CEU credits from
The Travel Institute, a $100 bonus commission certificate to be
used on an RSSC booking made within 30 days, an RSSC sales booklet,
a certificate of achievement and an RSSC gift.
