FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Radisson Seven Seas Cruises began using
its new reservations system, which gives its res agents real-time
access to fleet-wide promotions and to company deals in place with
individual agencies.
Using the Seaware software, the res agents also can handle other
tasks, such as processing two air gateways on the same
double-occupancy booking without having to manually adjust the
reservation, and accepting payments for multiple bookings with one
check.
Next year, travel retailers will be able to bypass telephone
reservations agents entirely to make cruise bookings through the
line's Web site at www.rssc.com.
