Princess Cruises will open La Mer, a restaurant by Michelin
three-star chef Emmanuel Renaut, on the Sky Princess, a ship launching this
October.
It will be Princess' first French specialty restaurant for
North American guests. Princess will charge a cover of $35 per person.

Emmanuel Renaut is owner and executive chef of the Flocons de Sel restaurant in the French Alps village of Megeve.
Renaut said the menu will feature retro French classics with
"fresh and unique touches."
La Mer made its debut on the Majestic Princess, which was
built for the Chinese market in 2017.
Renaut is owner and executive chef of the Flocons de Sel
restaurant in the French Alps village of Megeve. The restaurant has carried
Michelin's top rating since 2012. Renaut also holds the coveted MOF (Meilleur
Ouvrier de France) status, a prestigious award for supreme achievement in
French craftsmanship.
La Mer will also be on the Enchanted Princess, a ship due in
summer 2020.
The 3,660-guest Sky Princess is Princess' fourth Royal-class
ship.
