Windstar Cruises has created eight new itineraries in
Northern Europe and 12 in the Mediterranean, bringing Windstar's total unique
itineraries in Europe for 2018 to 40.
The itineraries visit 26 new European ports, increasing the
company's global number of maiden ports to 93 for 2018.
Among the new voyages are a cruise to the remote Faroe,
Shetland and Orkney islands in the North Atlantic and an eight-day roundtrip
from Copenhagen to the Norwegian fjords.
In the Med, Windstar will introduce an 11-day exploration of
southern Italy and Croatia, sailing between Rome and Venice with stops
including Bari and Brindisi. A cruise called "Hidden Harbors of the Cote d'Azur"
will visit Bastia, Corsica; Le Lavandou, Marseille, and Sanary-sur-Mer in
France; and Palamos in Spain.
